Zoom audio not working as great as expected? Join audio engineer Stephen Roessner for a 20-minute crash course on how audio streaming works, what you can do to make it a little better, and some sound advice on how to navigate this new world of virtual events and video-based communication.
ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Stephen Roessner is a Grammy Award-winning audio engineer and Lecturer at The University of Rochester. For many years, he was a recording engineer at The Juilliard School and has since been an architect of creating the new Audio & Music Engineering program at UR, where students are immersed in an environment of electrical engineering theory and audio practices. In his spare time he has toured the world as a drummer and runs his own audio production studio, Calibrated Sound.
